One relationship. One tailored plan. Delivered with expertise and warmth.

Our mission

To provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care tailored to each patient's unique journey — care designed around you, built on one relationship and one tailored plan.

Meet your clinician

Josephine W. Hazeley, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Josephine is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of psychiatric and mental-health nursing experience and a deep perinatal and postpartum background — including caring for women on UNC's Perinatal & Postpartum Inpatient Unit and three years as a research nurse on the trial behind the first FDA-approved postpartum-depression therapy. She provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy. As a mother, she brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to every patient relationship.

She holds the PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certification) from Postpartum Support International — a scarce credential that anchors the practice's perinatal specialty.

Our approach

We believe good psychiatric care is unhurried and collaborative. Care begins with a complete psychiatric assessment and an open conversation, then follows one tailored plan delivered through a single clinical relationship that evolves as your needs change. Medication is used thoughtfully, alongside CBT- and ACT-informed strategies, supportive therapy, and holistic wellness planning.

  • Telehealth across North Carolina. Because a nurse practitioner must be licensed where the patient is located, we serve patients throughout the state of NC.
